I live in Finland, but I use the English page. Why can't I place an order?

If you live in Finland, the actual order should be made on the Finnish page. Unfortunately, you can only make international orders on the English page

How can I get in touch with you the fastest/best?

The best way to contact us is by e-mail info@bolumo.fi or by filling out the Contact form. We will respond as soon as possible.

How soon will the products I ordered be shipped?

We strive to deliver the products from our warehouse to delivery as soon as possible, often the same or the next day, but no later than within 5 business days of the order. 

Can I return the product without a specific reason?

Of course you can! All products have a two-week right of return, calculated from the package collection date. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products. You can choose any shipment company that you want in your own country. 

The product I was looking for was not found in Bolumo's store, can I place a purchase order?

You can always email us at info@bolumo.fi. We cannot promise an actual purchase order, but we will notify you immediately if the product you are looking for is about to arrive for sale through us.

The product I wanted to buy is out of stock, what do I do?

In the online store, you can ask us to inform you about the product in question if the product goes on sale again. At that time, you will automatically receive an email if a similar/similar product is listed in the online store.

Why is there only 1 product in stock?

Most of Bolumo's products are unique secondhand or vintage products. Most of these are only available in one copy. If you would like to buy more than one of the products in question, you can ask us to notify you if more products become available for sale, or by sending us an email directly at info@bolumo.fi

How often are products added to the online store and how do I know when new products have appeared for sale?

Products are usually added to the store once a month. If you want to be among the first to hear about new product arrivals in the store, you should follow Bolumo's Instagram account Bolumo.fi. we are always the first to announce new products and other news on Instagram.
