The store sells products to individuals of legal age. We deliver the products all over EU countries.

The products in the online store are old, and because of this, the products often have wear in places, the patina of time, etc. We always try to tell you about possible defects and things to consider for each product. Please read the product description carefully before making a purchase decision. The products are sold in the condition that they are in the description and in the pictures.

The functionality of the lamps has been checked, but the wires are often old and we recommend renewing them or having them checked by an authorized electrician.

We apply the marginal taxation procedure referred to in the Value Added Tax Act (AVL § 79 a) in the sale of used goods. Because of this, the value added tax on old goods sold is 0%.

We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering


Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Payment and payment methods


The payment service is Klarna Checkout, through which the payment options are partial payment (not valid in all EU countries), card payment and online bank payments.

By entering information at checkout, you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By pressing the "Buy" button, you accept Bolumo's general terms and conditions.

Order and payment confirmation

When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods you want for your order. You can choose from the delivery methods in use at the checkout the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is shown.

Delivery time


Our most common delivery times to EU vary depending on the order and delivery method. We try to send the products from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates have been stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also notify you of possible delays immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.

Return conditions


Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for example, by letter by post or email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory. In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

There is no free return for the products. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product. For returns, you can use the cheapest possible shipping method. Please note that when you return all the products in the order, we will not refund the postage of the original package.

You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period. You are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods that is the result of other than the processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Unclaimed package


Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem situations


If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or . If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
